History: Tori Jacobs was born and raised in Moon Valley, Jherra to Terry and Tina Jacobs, and has an older brother named Toby Jacobs who moved out of the house and married and had two kids of his own. Tori grew up with her childhood friends Shinta, June, Lily, Nex, and Mary, and formed a paranormal investigations unit while in Moon Valley.
When she grew up she moved out of Moon Valley and relocated to Isafaro. At age eighteen she was drafted and chipped into the Isafaro military called "The Crimson Vulture" and was trained under General Vulture to become a killing machine capable of killing with her bare hands and all kinds of firearms. She was trained to be a soldier who never qustioned orders, but that wasn't about to happen.
Seeing how the Vulture operated, Tori removed the chip from her brain and joined the Isafaro Resistance under the command of Imai Katayo and Logan S. Gunn. That was where she met Kragen, another ex Isafaro soldier, and an alien by the name of Garrus Vakarian who crash landed in Isafaro and joined the resistance group later.
The three were on a mission to the Crystal Expanse to learn more about the tower the Downward Spiral when a dimensional rift opened and dragged them into an unknown place. With nothing but the clothes on their back and the weapons in hand they came to a new planet with a new threat.
