Bang! Bang!
Gunshots echoed through the air in the Sprint Center as bullets tore through flesh and bodies dropped like flies. The popular Pop Idol, Aminee Starlight, was escorted off the stage and into the back to safety as the people tried to flee from the stadium only to fall victim to the woman in blue ebony black pistol. The 9mm Blood Lust. Silver blessed ammunition made their mark on human flesh as the Seductress walked down the steps of the arena and open fire on each section before they could make it out of the arena. There would be no survivors, as murder was an art form she learned from her master, Count Dracula.
Once everyone else was dead Maricul took a seat at the front of the stage and waited for one of the supers to enter the arena. The gunshots and high profile show being interrupted would've warranted attention from either the police, or a superhero trying to make a name for himself. Maricul wondered if it would be Gaia as Kansas City, Missouri wasn't far from KCK. Or maybe that cute little mutant from the news would show up. With her guns now in her coat and scythe on her back, she watched as someone stepped into the room and looked unpleased at the sight she saw.
"All they sent was you? I'm fucking insulted!"

An old looking van with a logo "good guys plumbing" came plowing through the large double doors. As it reached the center of the stadium, the man driving it hit the brakes and let the vehicle skid to a stop with the driver side facing the killer. Kazadus stepped out of the vehicle. He had on black ankle high boots, dark blue jeans, a white shirt, a black leather jacket, and a sword strapped to his back. Kazadus took one last draw off his cigar and tossed it aside. The smoke floated over the bounty hunter's eye and eye patch as he took a look at the killer.
"That's a lot of bodies. What happened? Kids at school picking on you? That's usually how this shit starts right?"
Kazadus had happened to be driving by when he saw people flooding out of the stadium. He didn't know if there would be a bounty on her, but after this mess he had to guess there would be and a big one most likely.

Maricul watched as the van enter the stadium and then saw the man with the eye patch and the cigar step out and make his retort to her earlier comment. Maricul stood up from her seat on the stage and walked to the edge to look down at the man now staring at her.
"The man from the wrecked ship. Somehow I expected more."
Maricul grabbed the black scythe attached to her back and held it in both her hands.
"Shall we dance, or do you feel like chatting some more?"

As she spoke, Kazadus took a moment to pull his revolver out. He popped the cylinder open. It was fully loaded and ready to rock and roll.
"Yeah and I expected better pay for my last job, but life is just full of disappointments aren't they?"
He popped the cylinder back into the revolver and placed it back into his holster.
"Guess telling you to throw on some cuffs and get into the back of the van is out of the question, huh?"
He readied his hand for a quick draw at his revolver.
"That came out wrong... Alright. Let's dance."

"As tempting as that sounds, I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline."
Maricul jumped over the man's position and landed a few feet behind him. Thanks to the scythe reach she didn't have to get too close in order to attack, so as soon as she spun around she swung the scythe blade and moved it to hook him in the blade and slice through his body like knife through butter.

Of course she had to be some kind of super powered being. No way she could clear that kind of distance in a single bound, much less that speed. Nothing was ever easy in life. Kazadus could see her preparing the scythe to strike him. Just by looking at the blade he could tell just how long the range was. Maybe it would have been better to go with his sword to parry the slash, but Kazadus had a better idea. As she passed over him, Kazadus shifted his feet and spun around to face her. His hand was quick on the draw, but he needed his shot to count. Without even wasting a millisecond, he flooded his energy into the bullet of the first chamber.
A blue glow enveloped the revolver. As the bullet left the barrel, it exploded into a wide concussive energy blast. It was able to push him back away from the scythe's slash while at the same time send the wide range energy blast right at the mass killer. He could have focused the blast into a more condensed blast to increase damage, but he really didn't want to risk getting slashed by the sharp blade or missing.

Maricul took the blast right in the chest and flew fifteen feet through the air down the middle section that separated the seats in the arena. The damage was apparent on her body, but instead of moans of pain, she only laughed. Standing back up to her feet healing over the wounds in a matter of seconds.
"Is that the best effort you can put together?"
Maricul drew her own pistol, the 9mm Blood Lust and open fire with nine millimeter rounds that wouldn't stop until they ripped their way all the way through human flesh.

"Ah… shit…"
It was a hit. A direct hit, but she was still standing. It sure as hell looked like it put a dent in her, but she was still in one piece. Kazadus immediately thought of how much harder this was going to be. Just what the hell was she.
"She's undead Kazadus."
Kazadus began to run for cover behind his van, but not before taking a round to the chest. He grunted from the pain, but didn't slow down. He wasn't bulletproof, but he could still take a bullet. He could hear the shots hitting his van. He only thought of how much it would cost him to fix it, but there was no time to worry about it now. Kazadus flexed his pectoral muscles to push out the bullet. As it fell to the ground, the wound began to close.
"She sure as hell looks alive to me."
He popped around the corner of the van a shot 5 rounds in her direction before taking cover again. He listened to his mage's guidance as he quickly reloaded.
"She's most likely a vampire. I imagine it shouldn't take long for her to regenerate from your attack."
"Any advice that can help? Make it fast she's not going to be shooting all day."
"Well most vampires are weak against silver, sunlight, holy or blessed items. Sometimes fire would work.
Kazadus shot off two more rounds and returned to cover.
"Don't have any of those."
"I suppose you could try to keep damaging her until her regenation begins to fail, but… wait what are you doing?"
"Making fire."
He threw his jacket to the ground and ripped his shirt off of his chest revealing his gruesomely scarred body, the badges of all the battles and torture he must of gone through. Unsheathing his longsword, Kazadus wrapped the shirt around the blade and reached the blade under the van to puncture the gas tank. The shirt covered sword was drenched in the fuel. He fired off his revolver with the muzzle close enough to set the blade on fire. He fed his energy into the sword to further bolster the flames making them white hot.
With blade in one hand and a revolver in the other, Kazadus ran out of cover and fired off an energy infused shot like before to catch the bullets coming at him and one more weaker shot into the roof of the stadium as he attempted to crush her from the falling concrete. Regardless if the blast hit her or the falling concrete did, Kazadus planned to impale her with the inferno that wrapped around his sword as he rushed her.

"Hiding already?"
He didn't hide for long as he came from behind the van and fired more energy infused shots and brought the ceiling down on Maricul's position. The Seductress rolled out of the way of the bullets and then lunged at the falling concrete using her superhuman strength to launch it right at the man charging at her with a flaming sword. When she landed back down in a safe position the blood that was painted on the floor began to move and absorbed into her body empowering her as she now had the strength of over twenty men. As if the strength she showed already wasn't enough.
"God, I missed the screams."

"You won't get away from me!"
Kazadus cut through the concrete with the sheer heat of the blade, his momentum wasn't slowing down. He followed after the vampire as she landed in the pool of blood. Unaware of his foe's strength increase, he continued to charge and slash apart the vampire into pieces. The voice in his head attempted to warm him.
"Kazadus! Wait!

Maricul formed a psychotic grin on her face as she drew the 11mm Blessing and open fire at the man point blank. The heat of the flames melting the bullets and causing silver molten to lay waste to Kazadus's face, mainly his only good eye, and backed away from his swing as she now had both the 9mm Blood Lust and 11mm Blessing in hand.
"That's right. Run right into the path of my bullets."

The battle has given the Blind Assassin more than enough time to rig the place with explosives. Maricul was on her to kill list and she wasn't about to let another bounty hunter claim the prize she so desperately wanted for herself. With the place rigged full of C4 it was time to play her hand, and it was going to be a loud bang.
With the pressure of her finger going on the switch the building around Maricul and Kazadus suddenly began to erupt in an explosion of fire and debris as all of the Sprint Center that had paid homage to a mass shooting was about to come down all around them and bury them both in debris. Kazadus was only collateral damage. It was Maricul who Fukari truly wanted to kill. The Blind Assassin herself was safe outside the building in the shadows that has became her home.
"Bang."

The flames of Kazadus's sword died down before slowly fizzling out. He couldn't keep feeding the fire with his energy and form a protective barrier over his face and body. Sure his eye would regenerate if he hadn't defended himself, but that was too long to be left vulnerable. That sword was his one shot to cause some damage. Feeding the flames was easy, but creating them was impossible. He was no pyromancer. The partially melted bullets crashed into his small barrier. He has turned his face just enough for it to crash into his cheek. Even with the barrier, he could feel intense heat searing him as he was continuously blasted back with bullets.
Before he could think of what to do next, an explosion echoed throughout the stadium. It didn't take long before large pieces of concrete came crashing down on Kazadus and burying him under the rubble. His only thought through out this, "Damn..."

The battle came to an abrupt end when the whole building around them began crashing down. Was this the man's doing? No. He seemed as surprise of the result as she was. Before she could do anything she was buried in rubble and concrete unable to move. Whoever did this was a master at stealth and planning. And it was somebody who just earn herself at the top of Maricul's 'to kill' list. Little did Maricul know however...
That she was on top of hers.
