Alrighty, not an official RP thread, but here i go.

The 4 armed cat alien girl... could she originally be from 'this' dimension or maybe Marvel Verse? As in could she be the first known (and liked) alien of this verse... or dose she have to be from the Marvel Verse or whereever else? Likewize... should the centaur gal originally be born in this verse or Marvel or DC Verse? 

Also... who is the first known mutant in 'this' verse and when did she or he pop up?

The alien girl can be from this universe, or any universe you want her to be from.

As for your second question, I'll say the first mutant is Apocalypse in ancient Egypt, but he was known as a god, not a mutant. Mutants have been living in secret since Apocalypse and characters like Xavier and Magneto haven't made a splash on the world stage yet. A lot of their incidents are isolated and covered by the government. Gaia is the first recorded super-powered character in this verse that the public knows. But others could have existed before her in secret.
