The large muscles cover his metal endoskeleton. The organs are safely enclosed and protected thanks to the skeleton. His glowing red eyes are covered by human eyes. Sometimes in the dark, they can be slightly seen.

Special Abilities:
1.Cyberneticly Enhanced: Dutch has been completely upgraded from a human to cyborg. He has superhuman strength to the point where he can break down steel doors and thick concrete. The CPU in his brain allows him to react quickly enough to catch a bullet with his teeth. The CPU can also dull the pain he receives allowing him to fight on through enemy attacks. His endoskeleton is outfitted with a hyperalloy combat chassis for better defense to shrug off firearm and energy attacks. This in turn can protect the human portions of his insides.
Strengths:
Dutch can go days without eat or sleep thanks to his enhancements. His battle prowess can keep him fighting longer than others. Should his skin completely blown off, he can keep on fighting in the intimidating form of a large metal skeleton. His organs and nerves are completely protected from all but the strongest attacks.
Weaknesses:
Dutch can still feel a degree of pain when hit with strong enough attacks. Should the attack contain enough power, it can temporarily shut him down until a restart on his system can be performed.

Dutch has numerous files fed into his brain from his CPU that contain a plethora of knowledge on all sorts of weapons and where they are hidden. The weapons he receives from hidden military caches can be used to their maximum efficiency in his hands. He's been supplied with many side arms, rifles, shotguns, grenade launchers, and machine guns.

Dutch Mauser immigrated to the United States from Austria as a teenager. He made a name for himself as a bodybuilder and winning the title of Mr. Universe. He met his wife during his bodybuilding career and had a daughter with her. During the time of his marriage, Dutch enlisted in the military to combat the increase of violent superhumans. Unfortunately, the strain of him being gone left his marriage in ruins and eventually ended in divorce. He still loved his ex wife and wanted his daughter to have a good life so volunteered for an experimental procedure to upgrade soldiers in the field. The experiments were conducted by Cyberdyne Systems, a science division contracted by the military. Families of the volunteers would be paid for their services for their sacrifice. Dutch was placed in a coma for an unknown amount of time until the procedure could be completed.
However when he was brought out, the Earth was at war and was losing to an unknown force. From what the resistance could gather, a man named Vilain allowed something to enter their world and laid waste to what was once the blue planet. Now that the Terminators were online and operational, the resistance could begin their next plan of operations. With the use of the time displacement machine, the resistance could send Dutch back in time to the present day of Earth. His mission: Assist the heroes of the world however he can and above all else, terminate Jean Vilain.
