History: Garrus Vakarian was raised on Palaven and later received military training like all turians at the age of 15, but chose to follow in his father's footsteps and become a C-Sec officer on the Citadel, but later grew tired of all the red tape and went off on his own to find his own way in life. That was when his ship was attacked by an unknown assailant and he crash landed on Jenesis.
There he met a Resistance member by the name of Kragen and the two joined the Isafaro Resistance after seeing the injustice going on by the Crimson Vulture. He also met his new commanding officer, Tori Jacobs, while with the Resistance. While the three were at the Crystal Expanse they were sucked into a portal and landed on an unknown planet with nothing but the clothes on their back and the weapons in their hands.
