Physical Appearance: Nate stands around 7’ tall with a body of a trained fighter. Fit muscled body of someone who trained in martial arts routinely. Short, soldier (Medium Skin Fade) cut brown hair that is starting to silver at the temples. His eyes are a bright, clear, sapphire blue.
His suit looks like an armored skin-suit with a hexagonal digital pattern with what looks like plates of armor over his vitals and what look like thigh high armored boots. The whole suit has a dark navy blue base with a dark maroon red color on the armored sections. It covers his whole body, including his head. The only area not covered is his mouth.

Flight – Can fly as fast as an Olympic sprinter. (30 mph max)
Durability – Can catch a tank shell with his face with no damage beyond some ringing in his ears. Meta science plasma weapons can cause 2nd degree burns on a single blast direct hit. Weapons grade Lasers will initially cause sunburn level of damage.
Strength – Can lift a modern battle tank and throw it across the block at most. Struggles to lift anything heavier.
Healing factor – Heals twice as fast from most wounds as a normal person and can heal from anything that isn’t a mortal wound.

History: Nate was born into a world of super heroes and villains. Super geniuses, mad scientists, metas, mutants, magic, hybrid, all different forms. Though he was not powered at birth in that reality. No, he grew up watching the exploits and defeats as they challenged and beat villains. The moment he could, he did the only thing he could think of the actually be a hero like them and joined the military. Specifically, the Air Force.
The moment he had acquired his powers, he was stationed in Alaska at the age of 26. They called it the 4th wave. An extraterrestrial pulse that triggered superpower activation in a small portion of the population. Nate was one of them to painfully be granted powers when his body mutated with the energy to accept the powers.
For the next year he tried to learn what his powers were while trying to keep the fact that he had them a secret until his enlistment lapsed. And especially how to control them. The last thing he wanted to do was accidentally crush someone’s hand with a handshake. It was a massive earthquake that hit the state that lead to his discovery by the world at large, before he had a suit. When he was helping rescue people from fallen buildings and trapped cars. He was approached by one of the local teams that brought him into the super hero world.
For the next 12 years he worked for first the Alaska local team and then being recruited by the biggest national super hero team. Until, while he was in a fight with one of the team’s arch nemesis, that he was sucked into some sort of rift or portal with that Nemesis. He found himself in a new reality where only one super was known to exist. With none of his credentials to even find a normal job.
